My commute to work this morning was briefly interrupted. There was a small weiner dog running across a major intersection, being pursued at low speed by an big, white, animal control van with a flashing yellow light on top. Both of them were crossing traffic, and cars were turning in all directions trying to get out of the way. It was funny how one small weiner dog could affect hundreds of people. Maybe there’s a lesson in here somewhere–something intensely deep and meaningful. Or maybe it’s just a runaway weiner dog. Who knows?
Weiner Dog

i think the deeper and intensely intellectual meaning behing this is found in how much less giggle inducing that story would have been had you used ‘daschund’ instead of ‘weiner dog’ . hmmmmmmm.
hehe. i agree. “weiner dog” seemed so much more appropriate to this story than “daschund.”
dachshund!
that’s totaly the word i was looking for all yesterday night!
It’s called “Taxa” in russian, how weird is that?
aaanyways tha’ts the breed of the dog i fell in love with yesterday 😉
