After much research, I now know much more than I ever thought I would about espresso machines. I think I’ve found one that looks pretty good too! It’s got great customer reviews from Amazon UK. It’s not entirely identical though. The Canadian version has a lever for pressure control, and a temperature gauge. The British version has a dial for pressure control, and no temperature gauge. I wonder if the insides are different too? The price is not bad, but it’s on the threshhold of “Should I just buy an espresso when I want one?” I’ll have to think about it.

oh cool looks good
i think you can never know if you need it untill you get it. it may be one of those things that just stands there collecting dust or one of the “omg how did i manage to live so long without it” kinda things. 🙂
But if you think “I wish I could make this at home” whenever you get an espresso at a restaurant or coffee chain, and if you visit such establishments often enough, then its pretty much a guarantee that you’ll end up enjoying it……as long as you dont suck at preparing it.
this machine is no Gaggia….but good bang for the buck. I know how to use these type of machines and can make reallly good coffee…so what are you waiting for?!!
