Did a shoot for a small eyewear company today. The models Russ and Gala were volunteers, but did great, I think. The hair and makeup artist was Megan. The focus of each photo was on the frames. It was especially challenging in the photo of the two of them, because the lighting had to be really precise so as to create drama without showing any reflections of lighting equipment in the lenses. It was kind of an add-on to the shoot at the end, and I didn’t think I’d be able to pull it off… but it all came together at the last moment. The goal was for it to be slightly but inobtrusively sexy, while still showing off the eyeglass frames.

The girl looks cross eyed b/c the second eye is blocked by the frame. or is it just me?

She reminds me a bit of Avril Lavigne on pic 2, not so much on 3.
