Queen Anne’s Lace by Kevin Thom | Aug 24, 2007 | 3 comments Here’s a pic I’ve had in my head for a while, but needed to wait until I could get the flowers for it. The concept is pretty thin, I admit: wild flowers in a non-wild setting. But it was quick and fun to shoot anyway. Clearly you’ve had the idea for a while and it persisted enough for you to actually put it together. I wouldnt notice that they are wild flowers (no botanic expert here), but i think you pulled it off nicely. sophie on August 25, 2007 at 7:53 am oh its so pretty. id love to have it on my wall, with the duck and the others. olya on August 27, 2007 at 1:24 am these flowers grow rampantly around my work. i keep wanting to pick a bunch and put them on my desk… this looks great and is a wonderful reminder of doing this BEFORE i leave and they’ll die 😛 the photograph is gorgeous! i wouldn’t think “oh wild flowers” right away; more like “oh common flowers but surprisingly delicate!”. except i though the work thing first. yeah. also; your portfolio looks awesome! good job on the redesign!
