I’ve been eating like a caveman since August, and having a great time with it. Frequently, people tell me how sorry they feel for me because of what I don’t eat (pastas, breads, refined sugar, processed food, etc.) but I never have really felt sorry for myself. I get to eat lots of good things. Like tonight, I had a giant (probably 16 oz.) prime rib steak, and a salad topped with blue cheese, tomatoes, pecans, diced pear, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
What diet?

Anytime. The cool thing about salads is that they’re easy to copy from nice restaurants 😀
holy shit that looks awesome!
I’m hungry now
hehe
what’s that you cooked the meat on?
It’s an electric grill. It’s a poor substitute for a real BBQ, but it is better than nothing 😛
I never understood how a no-carbs diet can be all that great, but now that I’ve tried it myself (thanks to you :P), I totally know where you’re coming from.
Good on you K-man!
You mean you’ve been going out and either clubbing or spearing large animals for food? ;P
Red meat in itself is not unhealthy, it’s usually the fat content that’s the issue, but you can always trim out the excess.
